This is a 20,000 sq m commercial development atelier BORONSKI was commissioned to design that looks over one of the main scenic lakes in Rizhao.

​

The requirements included a Financial zone for the anchor tenant, Office spaces with private parking on each floor (via mechanical parking) but also a significant civic component in the form of Exhibition space, a Theater, a Basketball court and Restaurant / Cafe space.
